Re: Sedgehill Sixth Form Enrolment Day - Thursday, 25.08.2022

Following collection of your GCSE results on Thursday 25th August, you are invited to complete your course enrolment with a member of the sixth form team at Sedgehill Academy.

Enrolment will be between 12:00am and 2:00pm- students will be seen in order of arrival.

To complete your enrolment onto year 12 courses, please bring the following documents:

• Your GCSE results
• Proof of Identity - either your birth certificate or passport

If you have not obtained the required GCSE grades for your chosen courses, we will have a brief discussion with you regarding your options. 

Once your enrolment is complete, you will be free to leave and do not need to return until Tuesday, 6^th September for your Sixth Form Induction Day at 8:30am.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that your offer of a place is conditional upon both your GCSE (or equivalent) results and final reports as well as good references.

There is a 4-week probationary period for all A level and BTEC courses, so please ensure that you are prepared for lots of hard work and independent study from September.

If for any reason you are unable to attend enrolment on 25.08.2020 it is important that you let us know in advance by email- sixthform@sedgehilacademy.org.uk- and we will schedule a new appointment.

Students who choose to continue their education in Sedgehill Sixth Form will be able to enroll on the same day from 9:00am until 11:00am in the Atrium. The Sixth Form team will be on site to offer advice and guidance. 

Induction day for all Year 12 students will be Tuesday, 6^th September 8:30am.

The offer of a place at our Sixth Form is conditional upon both your GCSE (or equivalent) results and final reports.
